Montreal Tramways Car 2600 Interior photo of AP Ad

This is an original ad for AP supermarkets that was in Car 2600 in her Montreal Tramways public Service days. The ad is still in good condition and AP is still around! The ad is in both English and French. Thousands of commuters probably read this ad while riding 2600, waiting to get to their destinations.

Car 2600, built in 1929 for use in Montreal on Montreal Tramways was operated there until 1959. After that, the Connecticut Trolley Museum recieved the car and is seen here during a training run. Imagine the thousands and thousands of people that rode this car in Montreal, and at the Connecticut Trolley Museum. She certainly is an excellent workhorse to the museum's fleet of trolleys!
