Cambridge Tunnel Car.

Cambridge #4 Tunnel car 0753 sits idle at the Eliot Square Car House in Cambridge. In May, 1960, a third incarnation of color scheme was given to a few of these Osgood-Bradley's in an attempt to make them appear more attractive to the riding public. As delivered to the BERy in 1928, the cars were a dark olive green. One set was painted orange with maroon and black trim with a grey roof in 1948 by the MTA. Here, we see the MTA's third version of a tangerine and grey scheme.

Photographed by Paul Joyce, 1972.
