Illinois Railway Museum - Electric Car Department

The only place anywhere in North America you can see a three-car train of wooden interurbans operate is the Illinois Railway Museum, which occasionally runs CA&E 308, 309 and 321 in revenue service. Car 321 is in the CA&E's 1930's maroon and cream livery while the other two are in the 1940's blue and red paint scheme. Photo taken during the annual July 4th Trolley Pageant.

Photographed by Frank Hicks, July 4, 2004.
