Boston Elevated Railway car 5821 at the Seashore Trolley Museum

Boston Elevated Street Railway car 5821 at the Seashore Trolley Museum . This was one of 500 (no, thats not an extra 0 in there) cars built for Boston, Massachusetts in 1925. These cars were good for 25 mph (fast for a city car), and carried one or two crew members. In later years, the conductors position was deleted to save on capitol costs.
