Inside a Clean Blue Line 0700

A clean and empty MBTA Blue Line Car on New Year's Eve Day. While the exterior design of these Seimens 0700 cars pretty much mirror the long lived Hawker-Siddeley 0600's, the interiors are vastly different. Showing a rather spartan and bland interior, these 0700's probably have the least comfortable and unsupportive seating of any coach currently in use on the entire system, let alone any of the rapid transit series that have been operated on the Blue Line since its conversion to rapid transit in 1924. Plus points on these 0700 cars include a nice ride, and reasonably quiet operation.
