South Brooklyn Railway 9137 - Branford Electric Railway Association

South Brooklyn (SBK) 9137 is a derrick car with open cabs, an unusual feature that was common among SBK work cars. It was built by the Middletown Car Company in 1904 and operated in Brooklyn until 1961, when it was acquired by Branford. Restoration of this work car was recently completed by Branford.
