Buckeye Lake - Port Authority Transit 4011

Peeking out of the weeds on the Buckeye Lake Trolley farm is Pittsburgh 4011, one of the "new PCC's" constructed largely in PAT shops in the 1980's. These cars closely resemble PCC's and did extensively reuse components from older cars, but were largely built new. This car was retired in 1998. Photo by Jim Vaitkunas, posted with permission.

Photographed by Jim Vaitkunas, 2007.
Added to the photo archive by Frank Hicks, June 4, 2009.
