Illinois Railway Museum - Memorial Day 2008

Old and... not quite as old! Chicago Aurora & Elgin 308, a wooden interurban car built in 1906, sits on the Illinois Railway Museum "tail track" while in the background a pair of 1959-vintage Chicago Transit Authority "L" cars crosses Boot Creek Bridge on the museum's main line, headed east for Kishwaukee Grove.
