Type 7 3654 waits at Brigham Circle to head inbound on the E line.

The Huntington Ave line was cut back to Brigham Circle since vehicular traffic was so bad that the trolleys would have turned into giant heated sheds sitting in the streets. While photographing, a truck passed me. 30 minutes later, I caught up to the truck on foot - after walking for 3 minutes. Otherwise, I believe most trolley service continued without any major problems.
