"It aint over till the fat lady sings."

The end of the end- 2:30AM - the last train had left Forest Hills Station on the Main Line Elevated forever. On our way home, rail fans sadly passed Forest Hills Station to see T workmen fencing up a stairway to the upper (elevated) level. Passengers would never again walk down these stairs from elevated cars to waiting busses, trackless trolleys, and trolleys.
