A River, Some Rails, And Some Roads

These tracks follow the modest Bronx River, out of sight behind this train. Nowadays the rails here are overshadowed by the monolithic structures of the present day's preferred method of travel - the ubiquitous automobile. Years ago, long before my time in fact, this ex-New York Central rail line was one of the area's principal modes of conveyance. This is train 9526 arriving at Fleetwood at 12:25 PM on 1/29/2005. (How's that for fancy lingo?)
