Lately this pigeon has been milling around the lower level of White Plains station. It doesn't seem to be bothered by all the hurrying commuters rushing past it and stepping over it to get to the stairs to the trains. I guess this bird would rather dodge wingtip shoes than be outside in the bitter cold.
