Illinois Railway Museum - Electric Car Department The Milwaukee Electric Railway & Light Company self-propelled dump car D13 gets some welding work done behind the electric car shop at the Illinois Railway Museum. This car was built by Differential Car Company in 1927. It is hauling TMER&L dump trailer F208. Photographed by Frank Hicks, April 15, 2003.
