This is the line truck. This was used today in putting up new lights in Riverside barn. The reason I call alot of MOW stuff "Trolls" is these wierd and wonderful machines are not shown much accept for a breif view maybe on a mainline trip. The other reason is they dont spend to long in public areas-----as soon as you see them and get the camera on, they are gone to another far away place on the railroad.
