A Rt.15 is seen eastbound on Girard Ave. at 7th. St. This PCC built in 1947 was rebuilt in 2003 by Brookville Equipment Co. and then designated as a PCC II. In 2020 these cars were removed from service and once again rebuilt by SEPTA at their Woodland Maintenance Facility and are now designated as PCC IIIs. The cars recently returned to active service.
