Philadelphia Suburban Transportation (Red Arrow) 21 is a streamlined suburban car built by St. Louis in 1949. Though this series of car resembled PCCs, they used MCB trucks for high-speed suburban service. This car was acquired by Branford after it was retired in 1982.
