The East Broad Top Railroad and Coal Company (EBT) is a 3-foot narrow gauge railroad headquartered in Rockhill Furnace, Pennsylvania. It has a rich history dating back to its original charter in 1856. Due to financial constraints and the American Civil War, the railroad was not built by its original charterers, but a new group of investors began to acquire right-of-way in 1867 and eventually put the line in operation. For many years it primarily hauled Pennsylvania coal. Today it remains as a tourist/historic railroad, although it has not operated any excursions since 2013.
