Ex-Aurora Elgin & Fox River Electric #304 returns to it's home rails in South Elgin, Illinois after a 74 year absence. Sold to the Cleveland Interurban (later Shaker Hts Rapid Transit), then eventully to the Trolleyville USA collection, the car was returned to home rails at the Fox River Trolley Museum in 2009. The Fox River Trolley Museum operates over some of the former right-of-way of the Aurora Elgin & Fox River Electric, for which these cars were originally built.
