All MBTA Trolley Types captured within 10 minutes at Longwood - 1

A westbound Type 7 trolley built by Japanese firm Kinki-Sharyo between 1986-87 stops at Longwood on the ex-Boston & Albany Highland branch, conveyed to the MBTA's predecessor, the MTA (of Charlie fame) in 1958. Today this line operates as the Riverside, or D line, of the MBTA's Green line trolley network. The Type 7s were each given an extensive makeover by French firm Alstom at Hornell NY between 2015 and 2019.
