NJ Transit ALP-46 #4610

NJ Transit ALP-46 #4610 is actually pulling despite the opposite pantograph is raised. Why? Well its because its pulling into the station from the layover yard but will be pushing out to go to New York. The train is at the Dover NJ Train Station.
