Running for the inbound.

A passenger at the Newton Centre Station on the Riverside Line has misjudged where the "Commonwealth's" will stop at the station. Our motorman was kind enough to wait for her boarding, and she was able to catch the two car MU set heading towards Park Street Station. The Riverside Line "Highland Branch", opened by the MTA in 1959, is the newest line on the Green Line. As the station's appearance attests, it had been on railroad right-of-way, used by the Boston and Albany Railroad, who's trains stopped here as late as 1958.
