Torpedo changing ends.

Beautifully restored, patriotic Muni 1006 Type D PCC streetcar changing ends near the end of the L-Taraval line. The D's, a 1948 St. Louis Car Company product, nicknamed "Torpedoes", were Muni's first cars fully equipped with PCC components. They were delivered as all-electric, double-ended, two-man cars.
