Western Railway Museum.

A beautifully restored combine of the Petaluma and Santa Rosa Railroad Company at the Western Railway Museum, near Rio Vista, California. Built in 1904 by Holman, the car had been used as a shed before being rescued by museum staff.(As a sideline, read about the "Battle of Santa Rosa" in 1904, where the P & S R RR battled it out with California Northwestern steam RR personnel equipped with steam-spraying locomotives !)

Photographed by Paul Joyce, 2003.
Added to the photo archive by Paul Joyce, May 21, 2006.
