Work equipment on display at museum entrance Warehouse Point Ct (East Windsor)

I have conflicting info on this unit, I have seen where this is listed as a Tower Car from Ottawa Canada, Also have read that this museum has the former Taftville Ct "Ponemah Mills" box cab "C" and that they have converted it to a maintenance car. This car looks a lot like motor "C" so I am not sure of the history here.

I can say that this is a sexier paint job than the "C" had.

can anyone shed any light on this?
