Mystic River Bridge for MBTA Orange Line and Commuter Rail (Boston)

The Mystic River Bridge for MBTA Orange Line and Commuter Rail (Boston)stands tall against the Boston skyline on this crisp winter day. The 3-track bridge carries 2 tracks of Orange Line and one track of Commuter Rail (Haveril/Reading line). The tower in the background is for the locks behind the bridge. There is a walking path that ends right at the foot of the bridge on the left that provides a very interesting view (and acoustic experience) as the orange line trains thunder across the bridge overhead (I'd guess they do 25-30 over the bridge-not really fast, but nowhere near a crawl either.)
