Illinois Railway Museum - Inside a North Shore car

This is the electrical cabinet of Chicago North Shore & Milwaukee interurban car 763, built in 1930 by Standard Steel. It is currently being restored by the Illinois Railway Museum. This is the electrical nerve center of the car - every major electrical system goes through this cabinet.
