It was unsually dark on the afternoon of June 16 at White Plains, NY as heavy thunderstorms moved across the region. Low light made photography extra challenging that dat day. This image was brightended with Photoshop. The end result is very grainy, as you can see. Any editing tips for will be appreciated!
