A group of friendly volunteers helping out to replace a tie

A group of friendly volunteers helping out to replace a tie while I'm standing around taking pictures letting them do all the work. Replacing a tie takes a lot of work. As you can see the volunteer on the left is using a bar as a lever to push up the new tie. While 2 other volunteers are tamping the dirt and rocks under the tie so it will be supported. And the supervision is always good from another volunteer.
