East Troy Electric Railroad - Chicago "L" 28 Chicago Transit Authority PCC elevated car 28 sits on the south side of the carbarn at East Troy. This car was retired in 1998 and sold to a trolley museum in Appleton, Wisconsin that went defunct in 2002 and was acquired by ETER. Photographed by Frank Hicks, July 8, 2003.
