Buckeye Lake - Fostoria & Fremont 40

One of the sadder cars at the Buckeye Lake Trolley farm in Ohio is Fostoria & Fremont 40, a lightweight interurban car built by Kuhlman in 1922. It ran for ten years until the F&F was abandoned. Years later the body of car 40 was rescued and for a time was at Trolleyville in Olmsted Falls (see http://gelwood.railfan.net/lightrail/ffr40all.jpg for a 1970 photo of the car) but has spent its recent decades at Buckeye Lake. The body appears to be in a state of collapse. Photo by Jim Vaitkunas, posted with permission.
