A southbound electric morning train eases into Fleetwood station in Mt. Vernon, New York, Summer 2003. The Harlem Line shoud have three tracks in operation all the way to Crestwood in the near future. The bridges overhead carry Broad Street and the Cross County Parkway above the railroad, the Bronx River Parkway, and the bubbling Bronx River itself.
