Car 836 @ The Connecticut Trolley MuseumInterior Photo of Motorman Controls
After quite some time of some repair work, Car 836 now has a new set of grids and runs the 1.5 mile of track on a cold windy november day. 836 was built by the Perley Thomas Car company in 1922 and ran for New Orleans Public Service until the Canal Street line was abandoned. Thomas Car Company is still around today, manufacturing thomas school busses!
