Chicago Transit Authority 44 One of three operating electric cars at the Museum of Transportation near St. Louis is this CTA 5-50 series car, built locally by St. Louis Car Company in 1960. It was retired in 1993 has been owned by MOT since 1998. Photographed by Frank Hicks, July 12, 2009.
