St. Louis Public Service 426

The only surviving streetcar trailer from St. Louis is this car, built by St. Louis Car Company in 1921. These cars were built to match the contemporary Peter Witts but could only be pulled by more powerful older deck-roof cars. Retired in 1945, this car was acquired by the Museum of Transportation in 1948. It is stored in fair condition.
